By accessing or using our website at healia.space, our web application at app.healia.space, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
Healia is a health information and education platform that uses artificial intelligence to provide general wellness guidance, health-related educational content, over-the-counter (OTC) product suggestions, and affordable care routing. Healia is NOT a healthcare provider, medical practice, pharmacy, or medical device. The Service does not provide medical diagnoses, prescriptions, or clinical treatment.
The Service is for informational and educational purposes only. The information provided by Healia does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of information obtained through the Service.
If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor, go to the nearest emergency department, or contact your local emergency services immediately. Healia does not recommend or endorse any specific tests, physicians, products, procedures, opinions, or other information that may be mentioned through the Service.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. If you are between 13 and 17, you may use the Service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms. Children under 13 may not use the Service.
You may access the Service as a guest (anonymous mode) or by registering with an email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree that all information you provide during registration and use of the Service is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Providing inaccurate health information (such as allergies or medications) may result in unsuitable recommendations.
Healia allows anonymous use. We do not require your legal name, physical address, Social Security number, government identification, or insurance information. You may use a nickname or alias. However, the accuracy of health-related information you provide (age, biological sex, allergies, current medications, chronic conditions) directly affects the quality and safety of the guidance you receive. You are solely responsible for providing accurate health information.
6.1 Free Tier: Your first consultation is free. Free consultations include AI symptom assessment and general guidance but may not include full treatment plans, product recommendations, or downloadable materials.
6.2 Pay-Per-Session ($4.99): Single consultations that include full treatment plans, product recommendations with purchase links, daily schedules, downloadable PDF plans, and 30-day reminder tracking.
6.3 Unlimited Plan ($19.99/month): Unlimited consultations with all features included. Billed monthly. Cancel anytime.
6.4 Billing: Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your credit card information on our servers. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees.
6.5 Refunds: If you are unsatisfied with a paid consultation, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting hello@healia.space. Refunds are provided at our discretion. Subscription refunds are prorated from the date of cancellation request.
6.6 Cancellation: You may cancel your Unlimited subscription at any time through the billing page in the app or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Healia may recommend over-the-counter products, supplements, and health-related items as part of treatment plans. These recommendations are based on evidence-based health information and personalized to your profile.
7.1 Affiliate Disclosure: Some product links in the Service are affiliate links. When you purchase products through these links, Healia may earn a small commission at no additional cost to you. This commission helps keep the Service affordable. Affiliate relationships do NOT influence which products are recommended — recommendations are based solely on clinical evidence and suitability for your condition and profile.
7.2 No Endorsement: Healia does not manufacture, sell, or distribute any health products. Product recommendations are suggestions based on publicly available health information. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, efficacy, or availability of third-party products.
7.3 Your Responsibility: You are responsible for reading product labels, checking ingredients for allergens, following manufacturer dosage instructions, and consulting a healthcare provider before starting any new supplement or medication, especially if you have existing health conditions or take prescription medications.
The Service uses artificial intelligence models to generate health-related content. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.
8.1 You acknowledge that AI assessments are probabilistic in nature and do not constitute medical diagnoses.
8.2 Confidence scores displayed in the Service reflect the level of agreement among multiple AI models, NOT clinical certainty or diagnostic accuracy.
8.3 Healia continuously improves its AI systems but does not guarantee that any specific health concern will be correctly identified or that any recommended treatment will be effective for you.

All content, features, functionality, AI models, system prompts, treatment plan templates, and the compilation of health information within the Service are owned by Healia and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission. Treatment plans generated for you are for your personal use only.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Healia and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service; any health decisions made based on information provided by the Service; any third-party products purchased through links in the Service; unauthorized access to or alteration of your data; or any errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated content.
In no event shall Healia's total liability to you for all claims relating to the Service exceed the amount you paid to Healia in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or fifty dollars ($50), whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Healia, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of another; or (d) any health decisions or actions you take based on information provided by the Service.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Healia does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure, nor does it make any warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information obtained through the Service.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in San Diego, California. You agree to waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action lawsuit against Healia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
