Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Service, extract data, or overwhelm our systems.
2.7 Illegal Activity
Use the Service in connection with any illegal activity, including but not limited to obtaining controlled substances, committing fraud, or violating health regulations.

Represent yourself as a medical professional using Healia-generated content, or distribute Healia's output as if it were professional medical advice.
2.9 Minors
Allow children under 13 to use the Service, or provide health information about minors without parental consent.
